		<description>Thanks for sharing your memories and thoughts.  Unfortunately, I never had the opportunity to meet Dr. Scholer, however, one can tell from his writing and preaching (if his research or message re. women does not offend!) he had a warm heart.  His course on Women in Ministry has reverberated through the Church/Fuller regional campuses and profoundly touched my life here in S.F.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;You and many others are a testimony to the fact that he was as kind and loving as he was brilliant.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;My condolences to you as you have lost him as a friend and mentor.  I will miss his presence in the Church he so faithfully loved and served in Jesus.</description>

It was transformative and the views I developed in that class were what lead to me being fired from Moody:). I remember Dave and Jeanette as being very gracious and wonderful teachers.  And I think I attended one of their Christmas parties with you....</description>
